PAYMENT METHODS

We offer payment by credit card, Paypal, Afterpay, and Shop Pay.

When will my order arrive?

We try to get orders out as soon as possible, but sometimes it can take up to a week to ship. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks. The shop is only run by one person, me. Though I try my best to ship orders as fast as possible, please know there may be delays.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will get tracking confirmation.

Do you allow returns?

Yes. There is a 7 day return period from the point of receiving an item in the shop. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. I do not offer free shipping returns. 

Where is my refund?

Refunds are issued after I receive items. No exceptions.

What countries do you ship too? 

We ship everywhere.

International order custom fee or duties

The shop is not responsible for any custom fees or taxes out of country. It doesn't happen often but sometimes international orders will have custom duties to the buyer. Please be aware of this. 

What are international custom duties?

Customs duties are taxes imposed by a country's government on imported goods, usually based on the order's value. Sometimes your country will tax you for buying out of country. It happens every once in awhile and is depending on the value of your purchase. Custom Duties are not the shops responsibility.

How do custom clothing orders work?

For custom orders, I will work with you on a piece to create it to your liking. Please note, I do not offer returns on custom orders.

My package was stolen? 

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If it has been delivered with proof of delivery, please file a claim with the post office.
